About Chelsea Morgan Art

HELLO LOVELY HOOMIN!

Thank you so much for taking a look around my website! Much appreciated that you’re taking an interest in what I’m up to!

Let me introduce myself! I'm Chelsea Morgan, and I love to create things. I always have and probably always will.

2023 was the year I finally decided it was time to start selling the things I like making.

My brand's theme is all about being aggresively wholesome to both yourself and to others, and that includes the designs themselves. Sometimes my designs and creations may end up being more wholesomely aggressive for my more cheekier designs, but wholesome and kinda cute is still the main focus of my craft.

As well as being a business owner, I’m also a freelance video producer and video editor and I’ve been doing that for the past 2 years.

Education

I graduated from Carmarthen School of Arts, with a 1st class honours in Sculpture: Casting, Carving and Construction. During my first year I studied a photography module where I got to learn more about film photography and getting to use the dark room which is SO much fun! 10 outta 10, would highly recommend! But I also learned more about using studio photography.

Before my degree I studied a foundation course in art and received a Distinction. I learnt so much on this course, so many different art techniques; drawing, painting, printing, textiles, sculpture, photography, ceramics! If you’re thinking about doing a foundation course in art I would HIGHLY recommend you go for it! You will learn so much in such a short amount of time! Forever grateful to my tutors for teaching me so much in that year.

Arts and crafts is just in my bones! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been making something. I was the weird lil kid following all of the art attack and smart tutorials after school, or making things out of paper in class to gift to my friends.

I’ve always loved learning about different arts and crafts and it seems like my collection of art hobbies just keeps on growing. I really want my business to be as inclusive as possible, which means future designs will include supporting the LGBTQIA+ community as well as neurodivergent folks, as I belong to both of those communities myself. I also would like to celebrate my Welsh heritage more by making more things that incorporate the Welsh language.

So os ydych chi’n siarad Cymraeg, stay tuned! ;)

Thank you again for taking an interest in my business! If you have any questions please please please use the contact me section, or feel free to pop me a message on any of my social media platforms!

Hope you have a wicked day and I hope you are being kind to yourself today! You deserve it! <3
